Silent Hill 4 installation problem

hey, when i try to install the Silent hill 4 game, i get the following error, the pic shows the error

i got a AMD Athlon with 18 ghz, Geforce mx 440, 512 ram

well i have a question of sh4 too i don't know if it's only my version but my sh4 doesn't have 1280x1024 it just gets to 1280x960 and because of that i cant play it full screen so i was just wondering if there's an update of this game for this.
