How Do You Ripp A Dvd?

Hi, can anyone tell me how to ripp dvd's so i can store them on a pc in a playable media format, and also what software is the best to do it. Thanx

Use either SmartRipper or DVD Decrypter.

It's said that they can rip and convert to svcd, vcd, avi or other. I haven't tried it myself but many recommend these.

I use DVD clone. u shoud also convert the mpegs to avis if you r goin to store on hard drive.

yes i use smart ripper then save it using dvdav1 then convert it to Mpeg using tmpgenc then burn it with nero
