Watching These Downloads On My Dvd

[COLOR=red] :( OK I am SO confused... can anyone tell me if I can get a program to make these movies I am downloading viewable on my home DVD player... it is not to much fun watching movies on the computer monitor....

Any help will be greatly appreciated... since I look at the DVD software and it all appears to be greek to me... lol.... just give me the facts.. will any of it make these movies that I download watchable on the DVD or should I just keep renting movies?

you could re-encode the movies to vcd, or svcd movies,
