whats up w/ this?

Everything was off, the monitor cable hit the serial port and then there was a spark, psu cable was not attached at this time. Then I plugged the psu cable into the computer and it popped and sparked so I quickly pulled it out. Anyone know what the problem is? What do you think I should do, replace etc. Bytheway, If i touched the computer there is static. How do I ground the computer and release all the static?

make a long bridge of metal spoons or something long and metal and connect your comp to a metal table chair etc.

ummm used keys to ground, kept tapping the case, what about hte parts what should i do
