you cannot download movies/games from this website.

Links that are posted are for p2p programs or usenet NZB's.
We have many guides explaining how to download using different programs.

what do you seek?
what level of knowledge are you?
you help us by describing what you invision you will get out of it
and where do you want to start...because we do not know what
you are referring to in your opening paragraph.
your best bet is to just read and observe , ask specific questions
as IKE has said...it is not permitted on this site to do certain things.
we will answer your questions...just narrow the thread and thought.
take it slow, you cannot absorb all of this in a short time.
The members here are all ages ,all levels of education, and from all over the
planet.
this is one of the best sights on the web to learn.
welcome cuzjuan
we await your question.

Looking at the forum....silly

Back on topic....

You will find a friendly and humourous community here and most people will try and help you.

Check the guides and use the search function before asking a question as it may have been answered previously.

If you can help others too, then that is a bonus....and of course, there is always the lounge...

It's not too complicated.

Look around for the file you wish to download and make a note of the program required to download it. Open that program on your computer. Depending on the link type it may be as simple as clicking the link on the forum or you may have to copy it and paste in into the program you're using. Once this has been done the file will appear in the download section of the program on your machine. The file will then be downloaded through the program and you will be able to access it on your computer once it's complete.

Hi cuzjuan,
The first thing is to get to google search program
then search for the programs you need to download from
those sites ;get those programs, installed on your computer
then come back here and look around and check out our forum site.
and..ask more questions.

Point us to the thread with the link you are trying to get, then someone can tell you the program you need for downloading that game and how to do it.

basically, you'll want:
an ed2k client, such as emule (http://www.emule-project.net/home/perl/general.cgi?l=1)
Ares (http://www.aresgalaxy.org/) is nice for music & stuff, though I don't think I'd rely for software.
soulseek (http://www.slsknet.org/) is okay too i guess (I think that's the correct link..i'm really only adding it so I don't get assaulted) :P
you'l also want a bittorrent client, such as azureus (http://azureus.sourceforge.net/) to get torrents.
and you may wanna give newsgroups and IRC a shot as well :P

lol feeling overwhelmed yet?
there are some pretty good guide here, and i'm sure we can collectively answer your questions.

RevConnect (DC++) (http://www.revconnect.com/faq.php?nr=16) is pretty good too

Just trying Ares now it does seem good for music , I use emule and limewire for programs .

Yes you can, my browser downloads the posts, images and php scripts everytime i load a new page. Without me downloading these things from the server i wouldn't see a webpage.
