I actually posted the links to both of the original pictures and articles on Yahoo a few days ago, so how can they (the written article) be photoshopped? I still have the pictures on my own photobucket account, unaltered.
The actual article says "Two residents wade through chest-deep water after finding bread and soda from a local grocery store..." I'm not even sure where you got your bit from.
Also this news statement from Yahoo also backs up the picture's authenticity: http://news.yahoo.com/page/photostatement
