Help with pc game San andreas please.

I have been trying to get this game for some time its said for me that it would take 2 days to download I have tried so hard to make it go faster but failed. So I decided to wait the 2 days but at 5.6% its failed and said somthing weird like process locked by somthing and somthing about 'hlm-gtsa.27' or somthing my computer locked up tight before I could write it down.
I am using Azureus.
Is there Any way to download it faster then a 2 days wait?
Any help is Greatly Apreciated.

try listening in on other ports or port forwarding, not sure that will do anything, but just try out diff. ports since ISP's sometimes block some ports. my avg. download speed from bitcomet is usually 90kb/s, but it all depends on how many seeders and if the seeders have a good connection/upload speed.

2. Try and register at torrentbytes.com, and download. You will get speeds upward 500kb/s.

I tried Torrentytes but it said The current user account limit (50,000) has been reached. Inactive accounts are pruned all the time, please check back again later (no hammering)... And I have Tried Port Forwarding but I keep failing I think I don't know how to figure out my static ip Correctly and, I am still at 0.0 %

or ya, try newsgroups, but thats more advanced and if ur willing pay (but there are some free newsgroups as well). if you sign up for site like torrentbytes, you will get amazingly fast speeds, trust me on this.

Torrentbytes is a torrentsite that hosts torrents, but it's ratio based (if you download 100mb you have to upload 100mb or you'll get banned) Newsgroups is the best method, but if your not going to take some time and work it out then i'd say go back to your 4kb/s. By the way im currently downloading from Newsgroups at 376kb/s (my max) which would take about 2-3 hours to download a file as big as GTA SA.

Wow Downloading alot of stuff! to bad im only 15 years old I can't Pay for newsgroups or make money and thats why I can't use Newgroups not becouse im cheap becouse im too young and I try to let the 4kb/s download stay but somthing always happens and I get worried I don't like to leave my pc on too long.

1) I do not sell anything i download, selling pirated material is wrong, i was just saying the stuff i pirate is worth that much if you brought it in the shops.

2) You can pay for Newsgroups with Paypal, just setup a Paypal account and enter your bank details and transfer the money, no need for a credit card or anything, so anyone can do it.

3) My PC hasn't been off for weeks, it's perfectly fine to leave them on for months.

If 4kb/s is too slow then buy Newsgroups, you don't need a credit card just a bank account and a paypal account (both are free and can be got when you're over 13) you wouldn't need to buy anything again.

Also Newsgroups are pretty much untraceable so the MPAA or RIAA cannot see you downloading. With torrents its very easy. They just need to open the same torrent as you and they have your IP address (which leads then right back to the computer you downloaded with)

Don't pay attention to peerzy (he is helpful most of the times), he's a critic. As for newsgroups and you not having a job, it shouldn't be hard to find one, especially at the age of 15. And if your scared about money online, there really is no need to worry. It's totally safe (especially if you're using paypal).

Paypal is the safest method to send money over the internet, it's done electronically and you are covered. Newshosting (the company who offer Newsgroups) are also world known, and by Paying by Paypal they cannot get any of your personal details (they won't know your name, your bank account number or anything) just your palpal address (which will be the same as your email address)

Loads of members on this forum use them, including me and i've never had an issue. Anyway if you don't want to/can't be bothered it's your downfall. While your downloading at 4kb/s im downloading at 380kb/s. Over 95 times faster.

Someone needs to read the thread again. Where was i critical? Infact i was helpfull all the way through, and i offered a number of ways to get Newsgroups. When he said he couldn't do it one way i informed him how he could do it another way. It just annoyed me that no matter what i way i offered he didn't want to do it and was lying. Theres no point asking for help if your not going to listen.
