The game uses the latest Earth III engine. Storing objects in a format based on the mathematical model of
Bezier-curves instead of polygons. Giving an as yet unseen level of detail, only limited by the hardware
used. A native T&L rendering module supports per pixel shaders and bone calculation directly on advanced
graphic cards.
In the game the player can choose from one of the four conflicting parties: ED - after the destruction of
the EARTH, the leaders of the Eurasian Dynasty escaped on board an evacuation fleet. Now they are
fighting for the survival of the human species. Their base is one large building comprising of smaller
variable parts.

Install by doing the following:

EARTH 2160 is the official sequel of the award winning, very popular
and top selling EARTH series and continues the brand of Earth 2140 and
Earth 2150. Only a few thousand humans managed to escape from the Earth
before its collapse in 2150 A.D. They spent the next few years on the
terra forming of the red planet, developing new technologies and
building up new civilisations. Somehow each of the three fractions
"Eurasian Dynasty", "United Civilised States" and "Lunar Corporation"
did this independently and separately from each other - but in the year
2160 something strange happens in this new world. If ED, UCS and LC
join forces or continue their old war against each other - is possibly
now, up to the player.


Install notes:

First they didn't find out that the phone activation code is made by
the used hardware. None of their keys work, even in the nfo fix! Second
they forgot to test it on PCs that use different languages. We did and
found out that there is a location check. Our release works on all
languages, enjoy!

DEViANCE - SHARPER & FASTER THAN LiGHT!

Even the DEViENCE one doesn't work for a lot of people. Either of the two releases will work for people in the UK. Basically what the game does is check your ISP's location and if it's not in the same country the was brought the game refuses to work. To say you brought a game in the UK and installed it in the USA, it wouldn't work. Obviously the pirated version came from a UK outlet so any UK people can play it fine just using one of the CD keys, but people from other countries cannot.

everytime I get to the point of entering the serial it gives me a "atkdisp.dll" error and crashes, I know this is a nvidia driver error, I am using the newest nvidia driver v78.01 and tried a few other versions all with the same problem... anyone got any ideas on solving this?

its a really good game i been using it i wouldnt jump straight into a skirmish tho do campaigns for a bit to get used to controls its a really good game though download the patch as well though its on 3dgamers
