free wma to mp3 converter, is there such a thing out there? All I ever find are programs with lots of additional shareware that stink. Simple, elegant, free, wma to mp3 batch conversions, thats all I want, thanks

you know....
I noticed that a while back
was gonna help someone with some encoding,
went to grab dB, and it's not fkn free anymore
used to be one of the best and free

is that a dB thing, or is it for the encoder?
because it looked, at least at that time, that dB was still free,
but you had to license it for .mp3 encoding....wtf?

oh well, WMP made some great (for M$ anyway) progress w/ WMP 10
it's usable, and actually quite decent, but don't know about converting w/ WMP
and I still have an older version of dB from when it was actually free w/ .mp3
