wot software is used on these pics of peoples desktop to change how how there start menu looks etc

You can press the 'Print Screen' key on your keyboard. Start 'Paint' and click the 'Select' opition, right click the blank image and choose 'Paste' form the menu. Your desktop or anything that was on you screen at the time will show up there.
