I want to get my text in this shape in Photoshop CS2

I know that I could use the 'warped text' option and use the settings 'arc' and 'vertical', but I want the bottom to stay flat and only the top of the text to rise. Kind of like this, but I've tried using different font sizes, and it just doesn't look good at all:

Oh yeah. I forgot about that. I went ahead and used the warped text pallete and then just used the 'transform' and 'rotate' features to get it how I wanted it. I forget about some of the new CS2 features at times. Oh well, thanks though. :D

The way that I did it, I have a curve to my letters. Can you tell me in detail how you did that?

I got it. I did it by using the text warp, putting the Bend slider back to 0 and Horizontal Distortion to +60.

Then I put a horizontal gridline down and using the Free Transform and the ctrl key, I moved the lower right handle up until it was level. :)
