I just noticed how some mpeg-1 files were in .bin and .cue format and were easier to burn, so I just want to know how you make converted mpeg files into a bin and cue type file. I see it on the internet all the time but what software do they use to make it a bin and cue file?

you need to use a burning app and make a vcd image, that's about it

Vcdgear is the key here does alot of things including taking an mpeg out of a bin.

Forgot most "iso" programs can also do bins & cues.
Edit again :
Just in case you didn't know if you have a bin and no cue just open notepad then drop this in replacing "file name" with the bins name ie movie.bin, save as .cue and away you go.

FILE "file name.bin" BINARY
