but every time I use it I have to log back into the web sites that I usually have on automatic log in,what do I need to change in the settings to stop this

Setup you cookies in options first...

Yeah CCleaner is a very handy and convenient utility to have for FREE, gets the job done... But you ahve to be sure you know what you are deleting when you use it or else yea you might have some Uh-Oh's
