Xbox 360 to be unhackable...

I was watching attack of the show on G4TV, and they said that microsoft will try their their best to make the xbox 360 unhackable...

i searched on google to see if i could get some news..

true. there is no way microsoft can make anything unhackable.

True, they can't make it unhackable but they can make it much harder like the PSP for instance which u need older versions in order to play homebrew games ect. and newer games will require newer versions of the PSP's firmware to play.

from what i heard they weren't making it unhackable, just as hard as possible to hack, saying it is unhackable is very nieve. as even they knwo the encription will be broken sometimes.
and there was also something said, that what may work on one machine, may not an another.

If you ever read something like "un-crackable" and it's related to consoles and games, that is most probably not true.

I agree with you, everytime a console comes out, many work arrounds comes along it. when ps2 came out the 1st hack was playing a game using a GameShark or ActionReply Cd. so always there will be a hack and smarter person atleast smarter then Peerzy.

No console is unhackable as has been said many times already, I say that it'll take no longer than 1 month after it comes out that an actual working hack will be released along with some "beta" stage type modchips (unless modders actually got their hands on an x360 as the rumour goes).

Everything is hackable, thats why some companies hire hackers to find all the loopholes in their security, or when hackers outside find holes, and come forth, they reward them, because it only sturdies their security, which still has holes.
