Because itīs a Union Flag. That has been blocked by the french owners of this site.

I've tried 2 more different ones and they don't work either. nothing to do with the union jack.

They banned avatars of wee men in stocks as well.

It's from a certain site (I don't know which) that doesn't allow URL linking.
