Some fax help

I'm trying to use windows fax software on my pc at work,I think I've set it up properly with my modem on 56k the line is only used by this laptop. it says im ready to send faxes and its online but as soon as I send it moves the fax to my outbox under pending :huh:
Any help appreciated.

Try another fax software...Windows software tends to be a p.o.s sometimes.
