The K-Lite Codec Pack is designed as a user-friendly solution for playing all your movie files. With the K-Lite Codec Pack you should be able to play all the popular movie formats and even some rare formats.
The K-Lite Mega Codec Pack combines the contents of three codec packs:
* K-Lite Codec Pack Full
* QuickTime Alternative
* Real Alternative

- Updated BSplayer to version 1.36.825
- Updated ffdshow to build 2005-09-17. Installs MMX, SSE or SSE2 optimized version depending on CPU.
- Updated Elecard MPEG-2 dexumer to version 3.1.190.41018
- Updated MP4 splitter to build 2005-09-04
- Updated Matroska splitter (Haali) to build 2005-09-04
- Updated AC3 ACM decoder to version 0.9
- Tweaked BSplayer settings for optimal compatibility
- Added speaker setup configuration to setup tasks
- Added MPC output renderer configuration to setup tasks
- It is now possible to save embedded QuickTime clips
- It is now possible to download QuickTime HD clips (the ones that are opened by buttons).
- QuickTime HD clips can be played (after renaming to .mp4) if both ffdshow and Haali mp4 splitter are installed.
- The above means that Windows 98/ME users can finally play QuickTime HD clips. Although it does require a fast CPU.
