Mrs Chewie asked Telewest to add caller display to the line on Tuesday and came home to find no phone, broadband or TV service at all.

Sounds similar to what happened to us. Landlady only phoned up to cancel the TV service and they ended up cancelling everything. Also they accused her of not paying the bill, despite her being on a direct debit...:angry::blink:
