It is a fact that they are not repopulating at the necessary rate, and in fairly short order (a matter of a few decades, at most) will be a minority in their own country...

Hell if France needs repopulating,I'm willing to pop over on a few awaydays,and offer my services,would be an interesting twist on a theme to get paid for it.
