I personally think Sygate Pro is the best.

Personally I stick with ZoneAlarm Pro and PeerGuardian 2 with p2p, but its all down to which works the best for you.... everyone has their own preference

the one that works the best is having none. All of them will cause some kind of a problem so whatever you like best.

never had a problem with my setup, and I use BitComet and DC++ with Zonealarm and PeerGuardian 2 with Nod32

Zonealarm with Peer Gaurdian 2.
Peer Gaurdian 2 is nice for p2p, because it blocks the bad ips, such as the government or riaa. Their currently working on their ip service again, so theres only the basic lists equalling a total of 81 billion ips blocked, but once they get all their lists online, you'll have a good billion ips to block.

All firewalls work with P2p as long as u know how to configure them..

I got it working with SyGate, ZoneAlarm, OutPost, and Look n' Stop ;)

Just give ur P2P full access (or enough access) and open the ports ;)
