How do i do this in Opera?

How do i get opera to look like my firefox?

my firefox controlbar looks like this

opera bars looks like this

i want the back forward, adress bar, searchon the same line as filemenu etc
if it is not possible how do i get the back forward adress search etc above the actual "tab"?
