I have downloaded the movie Thirteen Days but the sound doesn't match with the lip movement sometimes you see the lips move and 2 seconds later you hear the sound
does anyone know how the salve this

Is your machine fast enough to handle MPEG-4? In most cases, there is no solution for this unless you have bad codecs or a bad player. Try a different player other than WMP such as ZoomPlayer, BS-Player, MediaPlayerClassic, etc.
