What is the deal with people not deleting those fake (fleetwood Mac - say you will) files!??
They just proliferate what the music companys intended and that is to be so frustrated trying to dl that you'll just go out and buy it. :(

I've read this theory in other posts. Is there any evidence to suggest that there is really a concerted effort by the "Music Industry" to befoul the FastTrack network with intentional fakes? Could they really be that devious and that organized?

Yeah their that "devious" or ingenious is a better word.
I saw a report about this on the news.
They said that they were doing this and more.
There not trying to hide it. :o
They even gave detailed info on what they were doing with specific releases and how they were gonna try to foil file sharing. :blink:
I Just found real fleetwood mac (say you will new cd)on Win MX so if anyone wants them go there!
I will be sharing them on Kazaa in a little bit.

agreed. know your filesharing programs and what they're good for:

kazaa - moviez
soulseek - musicz
edonkey - moviez/gamez/warez
bittorrent - moviez/gamez/warez
winmx - people still use that???

but most of all, use soulseek to trade music... i mean, like, DUH.

I just installed soulseek a few days ago and only have had a chance to check it out for a minute or two. :blink:
Any tips on how to use this program would be greatly appreciated.

Get latest version from here (http://www.slsk.org)/

When you first install it it will take a while to scan your files,make sure you tick box to share with people on your 'buddy list' only.Find KLF Musicworld in the Soulseek room list and join our room then announce yourself to us and you will be added to our user list(try and use same name you use here).Anything else you need to know just ask one of us in the room and we will help you out.Hopefully see you in there soon. :)

I was using it on your guys advice last night and found very clean clean fleetwood mac mp3's :D
I tried to go on today(before reading this)and got an eroor message that my client was out dated. :huh:
I have 141 test version so I dl'ed the other 2 that were there.
I read the news at soulseek today and it said "soulseek broken come back tommorow"
So i won't install the other versions till i see whats going on or unless you guys tell me 141 test sucks or something
