Also when you post news a mod looks at it first and then puts it up right?

correct. remember to post sources though. really annoying reading something cool and want to see the link and it's missing.
i'd also recommend not posting a "speech". keep it brief, 2 paragraphs max and then the links for people that are interested ;)

I learnt my lesson early, aways chech first that your not double posting . The mods are very helpful too use them when you have questions .

http://filesharingtalk.com/vb3/newsindex.phpIf you are using the image posting script and u open that news images index page you can just click on the image and it is inserted to the post page.
If you find a new image AFTER making a post and want to change it, you can edit the tag, or make a new one if you didn't have an image before posting.
For example:
This is a news post
can be changed to
[news=URLTOTHEIMAGEFOESHERE]This is a news post
:)
Hope that explains it a little, it's a lot like using the [url] tag.
