I'm guessing that 12323 represents busyman's favoured soccer line-up.

I see further on that his favourite gheyball line up is 5.

Therefore I deduce that the numbers represent sporting formations.

The word STRENGTH is there because it is tattoed on his nob. Tho' sometimes it looks like an abbreviation for street.
