hi guys.
now a days I heard a lot about thisa software called Limewire. Anyone uses it. how are its results and what about its speed. Their logo is "fastest filesharing software" . What type of logic supports their logo. I mean if it is fastest then how is it possible that others are slower than it.

is it good in ur experince. I m gona download it.

Great for music, I use it all the time and get pretty good speeds. But like I said, only good for music.

In my experience of LW Pro, it's as fast if not a bit faster than Ares Lite which is the fastest p2p I've had.

its great for games too.
it dosent have much selection but its the fastest.
at least for me router firewall :(
and you dont have to upload to get good speed.
i downloaded wc3 and wc3-frozen throne in 1 day each.
and without uploading.

just download limewire and download limewire pro from it.

but rumers say that they are developing a method so people cant download copyrighted material off them...

I've only ever used LimeWire for single music tracks. And for what I use it for it does absolutely fine and speeds are pretty decent. I haven't used it in a pretty long time though just because I've become more accustomed to BT and getting full CD's which are a lot larger than a single track...obviously.

I suppose opinion of speed lies in the eyes of the beholder.

Me attempting to send a file between 2 plastic cups tied together with yarn is better than Kazaa.
