I want to try and open a torrent ratio site based on TB source
as i saw on many sites.
where can i find it ?
with whom should i talk ?

Where can I get a copy of the source code?
Here is a nice tutorial on getting it all to work, written by one of our users: http://www.geocities.com/themisterofmisters/tbsourcetut-v0.11.txt. Note: This tutorial is not supported by TB. Please direct all comments on the tutorial to the author.

That site should be working fine. maybe their server was down or something.
Its acctually a forum... where people share their codes and re-write some of the original codes ect..
