H.264 ?

Has anyone seen and/or used a good program that can convert mpeg4,avi,or VOB files to .MOV using the H.264 codec
or is there a good guide that I can read so I can learn more.

Does QT 7 Pro do this when you export a movie as a .mov?

"Sorenson Squeeze" is a great program for doing just that. You can find a copy on *cough*Emule*cough*.
