Our Lady Peace :D :D

can't recommend them enough. Amazing alternative band, although I think their newest CD is pretty average compared to Naveed and Clumsy (IMO my favorite)

Nickelback, The Killers, 30 Seconds to Mars (very good band, if you like chevelle you'll most likely think 30 Seconds is good too :P), Shinedown, Alterbridge, Thousand Foot Krutch, or Taproot. If you need more just say so :P:shifty:

Problem is with saying ALTERNATIVE is really a fucked up way to categories a genre i should never be called Alternative

so many genres cross over and get classed as alternative mainly if you don't make the top 40 crap in a way linkin park the nicklebacks bands like that technically ain't alternative

its a word I hate for example tool are hard rock nine inch nails industrial rammstein Industrial metal

those bands I named are pretty much not metal really just rock/ hard rock

people get confused on the word alternative

its just to vague to class it so i named a few bands that cross over in the genre
