Is there a program that i can download that will let me rec what i do on my PC well what i really want to do is Rec me playing Half Life 2 Deathmatch and than watch my matchs to get a good idea what i can inprove my skill on plus the same with other games. Any ideas?

Nope. There are free ways to get fraps to record for longer periods of time. :P
