Wanna buy a webserver

Okay so i just want to buy a server that i can host a website on and store like data on liek a backup/webserver , i dont care bout the price cause its for a business and im not losing anthing , can anyone push me in the right direction

What amount of traffic do you expect?
What will be the connection speed?

traffic is like minamal and connection is a shared cable, mainly even if i can get the server acting like a webserver i also want it to be like a storage space for like daily backups i suppose , ive seen sumthing like this on tech tv but forgot the profuct name , its about the size of a tower and it needs no monitor just needs to be hooked with you computer and does backups
