Due to major upgrade of decore of mi casa aka paint and varnishing of floors my head is killing me.

Toxins in my head are
- oil paint
- varnish
- terpentine
- white spirit
- wood dust
- red wine
- beer
-thoughts
- and the usual cigarrettes

Please give advize to releave my mental turmoil
