ive unistalled "plug and play bios extension" HELP

Hello,
In windows xp home edition i installed plug and play bios extension from my device mamnager from a tip of mate saying it would come bakc after a restart well it hasnt so what should i do i will need it wont i.

You need it for pluging in usb devices like cameras , keyboards ? Can you try looking in the bios to see if you can check enable ? You know boot up, press delete or what ever to enter bios look in there .
