Need a good web host

I need a really good web host that supports php. i know there's many, but here's the criteria i need:
-no file size limit
-no ads
-decent space (50 mb and over)
-fast
-ftp file manager

You'll have problems finding one of those for free mate..

I think 100webspace.com are pretty good 100MB space, PHP, MySQL, FTP, and 1 banner that can be removed for 50c a month.... seems a pretty good deal to me :)

AtGig.com are also a "sounds good" site, but I have never tried them out...
They say they offer everything 100websace does, with no ads....... Seems a bit fishy to me but hey, it's worth a shot :)
