FF for everyone here mostly.Nope, IE is still king of the browsers at FST.

People must be too ashamed to vote, or something.

There's a mod that basically puts an image next to your name detailing which browser one is using. Wouldn't be suprised to find half of those claiming to use Firefox or whatever are actually using IE.

This is what it looks like, for those who haven't seen it:

What's the point of showing the browser?:huh:What's the point of showing where you're from on your profile. What's the point of having stars. What's the point of most forum hacks.

Some find it interesting, some dont - in the main, it's just forum aesthetics.

I use firefox, but my default browser is still IE b/c I find that FF takes longer to open. So, to avoid delays, and sometimes hangs, I use IE if I'm opening a link from another application.

This is good for using IE via Firefox: https://addons.mozilla.org/extensions/moreinfo.php?application=firefox&id=1419

It allows you to open a page via IE in a tab on Firefox (bit better than the extension that just opens the page in IE).

Edit: Reading your post again I dunno if that's what you were already using though...ah, well the link will help someone...:schnauz:

I use firefox, But am realizing that its not all that great, aside from tabbed browsing and css. I hate having to switch to IE constantly to view some things. Thats just more work than browsing the internet should be. IE 7 will fix all that I hope. (I used the beta, and its just like FF)

So far, IE 7 beta is a piece of shit....even for a beta.

Maybe beta 2 will be better 'cause the first has vurtually no features besides tabs..and already have that with IE 6.

dude. just get slimbrowser. it is exactly the same as IE, runs on the same stuff, shares cookies with it and stuff. the only differences are adblock, tabs and skins.

tabs and skins ~lol~

I've seen internet explorer allow a script kiddie's website to compromise an entire system with some kind of keylogger that could not be closed. It constantly used 70% of the CPU no matter what! My friend was pissed.

I do love Firefox but recent v1.5 takes too much arse from my PC. I mean, the resources. I always do works with Photoshop. As you know, photoshop takes much resources too. So, I am using Internet Explorer at the moment for multitask.

I hear about all these bad things happening on IE yet haven't experienced then unless I purposely put myself "out there" to experience an exploit.

I use Opera right now ONLY 'cause it's extremely fast.
