I was staying the night at my friend Nick's house. Nick had this sister
she was 16 and into Judas Priest. I have never met another, quite like
her.


I was fourteen it was 1985 and St Elmos fire was on in the background. Nick,Katie and I had just finished smoking the largest joint I had ever consumed. (up to this point,and in actuality,only the second joint I had ever smoked.) Nick left to get munchies and me and Katie were all alone.

I can't describe what happened when she leaned over and kissed me,and
what it meant to me. I was going through a rough period in my life and
it was my first real passionate kiss. I felt like the king of the world for
a long time after her lips had left mine.

I will never forget the shimmering candy apple lip gloss, the soft fullness
of her lips and the way she tilted her head and laughed after the kiss was finished.

She died two weeks later in a car accident, after a Halloween party.
(10.24.1985)

I will never forget her or her kiss.

I had a little problem with the cola,but I've beat that beast and I moving forward. I was copied and pasted last night and this morning and was looking through old photos and got a little weepy. I'm doing pretty decent now,mate.
