HELP PLEASE (Microsoft Movie Maker)

i was playing around on Microsfot movie maker about 4 months ago and i got a bit where i could make a selection screen (like on retail DVD's, but i make it)

well i have come to do a new project (for work) and i cant find that bloody option again, does anyone know how to get to it??? Help would be much apriciated
