I think there should be a rule that if you post a question and no one tells how to fix it and then somehow you figure it out by yourself you HAVE to post how you fixed it, not just post something like "nevermind, I fixed it." cause that doesn't help anyone, just waste space.

if you agree please post and maybe VB will add the rule. :)

But the "nevermind, I fixed it" posts are the best! :D

Something really important you have forgotten to mention is that ........ stuff it I can't be arsed with this any more. Do what you like. I really don't care anyway. I have lost the will to type rational thoughts. Just whatever. Ok, leave me alone and stop hassling me about this stuff. I don't care. What was the question again.

Yes i totally agree!

I think it's very annoying that someone say's: hey it's okay i fixed it myself! Without telling us how (for other people with the same problem in the future) or thanks us for the effort...

So to be short. YES! I AGREE!

I agree too. I would also say that after someone helps them they should say that it is solved and what solved it.

But how do you enforce this new rule?

who in the hell wants to impose more restrictions and rules?!?!?!

this is insane, even more so than me!

Rules that people have to think by just to make someone happy? If a solution is posted, consider it a priviledge (sp?) that you got to view it and quit whining.

Some people do. I know I did, when I was first starting here. I still do, if I have some question that can't be fixed by myself. ;)

But it seems an awful lot of the newbies just post. Maybe we should make the search font look like this:

Search (http://www.klboard.ath.cx/bb/index.php?act=Search&f=5)

Ok, just testing on a 56k computer and it lags. Anyways, it doesn't lag on my dsl, so I won't complain for it.
