I need a good and easy to use video editing software that has advanced options for when I learn how to use the program. I'm creating a short film for my mass media class if you want to know.

For pro tools in an easy to use interface, try Cyberlink Powerdirector (3, 4, or 5_)

I can work with windows movie maker but I want to add extra audio tracks to the video. adobe premier pro is hard to work with, I've tried vegas and it doesn't even build the peaks or whatever. I can't find cyberlink anywhere and I'm in the process of downloading Ulead now.

Go with Ulead's VideoStudio 9. It's really easy to learn and it's got powerful features. With the specs in ur sig, u got no problem doing video editing at blazing fast speed. OC ur CPU cuz Venice is like the best overclockable CPU. Or do you have it OCed already?
