Recommend me a bluetooth headset

I have a V3 RAZR cell phone and I was looking at getting one of those blue-tooth headsets like the one pictured below. Does anyone here have one that they would like to recommend? They all seem to be very competitively priced. Is there any that are better than another?

I had that.. then lost it

I think mine was a little buggy cause I had to drain the battery out sometimes so my phone could connect to it again. Also, the headset doesn't stay on too good. I guess its good if you're sitting down talking but if you're running or just walking really fast, its not a good idea.
