Practically every p2p program has spyware unless stated otherwise. ;)

The ones that don't have any spwyare are: Kazaa Lite, Emule, Direct Connect ++, SoulSeek. Not shure about some others tho...just check the above mentioned site to make sure ;)

As far as I know WinMX dosen't have spyware.

i know bearshare DOES have adware and spyware cuz i installed it,ran adaware 6.0 and it found about 30things so i uninstalled it
