The curb scene is rather brutal, not just because of how it was filmed but just thinking about how much it must have hurt.

Saw it in theaters last week... The part where the guy gets shot in the back of the head and they show his face on the floor while he's still trying breath... Made me shudder.

Yep. That is by far the sickest film I've ever seen. It was banned in almost every country in the world until a couple of years ago.

Beheadings, rape scenes galore. I vowed after watching it the first time never to watch it again. I've watched "horror" films before but this went into overdrive.

SingaBoiy - Yep, I remembered when Blair Witch Project came out, it sounded similar to Cannibal Holocaust.

i've seen irreverisble, 2 scenes were what got it on the list you talk about. the scene with the fire exstingsher to the head, camera doesnt cut and it's more than one hit. also the rape scene, hit nerves of alot of people. niether really phased me, the rape scene is unsettling tho.
