yesterday i was buyin princes and the lady said get john west because it's cheaper so i pulled her over the counter and stomped her head 'til she stopped breathing :)

Ingredients:

* 1 whole egg at room temp.
* 2 tablespoons wine vinegar at room temp.
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
* 3/4 cup vegetable oil
* pepper to taste

Directions:

Place egg, wine vingegar, salt, mustard in blender on low speed and add 1 Tbsp. oil. Whiz and then add remainder of oil in a slow stream till thick.

tuna mayo is nice but tuna with salad cream has a certain twang to it.

Tuna mayo with hot pepper sauce is very good too :01:
