What software to I need to encode PSP videos? Also how would I lower the resolution (if possible w/ the software)?

There are a bunch of apps that can encode PSP videos... The most popular would be PSP Video 9...

I use ImToo PSP Video Converter

Let's you convert anything to PSP format using normal settings, settings for excellent quality, or settings so the video comes out really small (in filesize)... it lets you pick the resolution also.

I think it's a great app. Just download the free trial, I'm sure you'll know what to do after that. :P
