Are people downloading from me?

I have the filesharing system "Bear Share Lite", and whenever I check the uploading section I find that most people were unable to download from me, and those that do say "Done" are followed by the status "Partial Content". Is this normal? Did they not download the whole file? And why might it be so hard for people to download from me?

Er, but you don't know if "partial content" but with "done" status means they got the whole thing?
