www.proxy.org has a list of 300+ proxies.

Any proxy should do the trick... theres millions of them avaiable. Just make sure not to pick one thats blocked by ur school/work. Lol.

hmm.. maybe u guys shld gooooooooooooogle cgi proxy, n when u see e resulting webpages check if e proxy supports chaining....
if it does, u can visit anything
