It remembers me of a DJ i heard on the radio at one of my nightshifts as a nurse.

(about 30 years ago!!:D )

In the middle of a sentence he suddenly started laughing; he couldn't seem to

stop. He tried twice again, but failed and just started a song.

After that song he seemed to have his composure back and wanted to explain

what had happened. He told about a guy passing his DJ-booth with a tray full of

glasses.....and he starts laughing again....tries once more and yep, there goes

a new song.

Sure, my colleague and me knew enough, but we were laughing more cause of

the contagiousness of the DJ's laughter.....

After that song he actually managed to tell the whole scene.

The guy with the tray had made the perfect bananaslide, as the DJ called it,

and had thrown the tray up in the process, right at the other side of the window

between him and the soundengineer........


I'll never forget that night, also cause all colleagues from other wards had heard

it(in those days we had exactly one popstation......:lol: ), hence a lot of patients noticed the laughter, etc, etc......

Legendary in my book of life......
