Well i'm from the Netherlands and i also have to translate some text some times in this forum.
I downloaded BABYLON-Pro with Kazaa-Lite!
It let's you choose any language and translate it for you.. even Japanese (just checked that for you! ;) )

btw this is the version i downloaded: Babylon-Pro v.4.0.1.6 with keygen (OS: Windows (all))
Just do a search on Klite and type "Babylon" and wait until this version comes along!
