Typically in my family we draw names to see who buys for who at Christmas-time. This year someone decide we would also do a random gift. Everyone buys a present ranging from $40-$50, that an adult, male or female would enjoy. I'm totally baffled by this. I have NO IDEA what would be suitable. Has anyone ever done this?? :ermm:

I suggested this to my family this year, but we decided we don't care if one of us gets more presents than the others.

Does the most popular one get all the presents then? Prime opportunity for family tensions....

I think so, yes, but starting my Xmas present campaigning around August usually helps too.
