I wanna cook my curry, I have had curry the past three nights, so theres no good reason why I shouldnt have it tonight. But the only mince meat we have is frozen, and takes 8 hours to defrost. On the microwave it has a defrost option. But I'm not sure if I should nuke mince meat.

So anybody know wheather its safe to defrost in the microwave? I dont wanna die from food poisoning just yet.

Yeah you can defrost any meat in the nuker, just have never done so myself.

Besides, as long as you cook it thouroughly, you won't get any foodbourne illnesses anyways. :P
